About The Role:

ONErpm seeks to hire a Sr A&R Representative who will be part of the Nashville A&R and Business Development team and ensure that artists and label partners are supported to reach their fullest potential. As a business development professional for ONErpm, the hire will have strong skills in prospecting, relationship building, creative deal structuring and negotiation skills. With a full understanding of ONErpm’s business model, the hire will convey ONErpm unique value proposition to local artists, artists managers and music attorneys.

The prospective hire will join at a director level.
